- XIV BEAU Award 2018

Award-winning work at the XIV Spanish Architecture and Urbanism Biennial ‘Más habitar, más humanizar’. In this edition, the jury has awarded a total of 23 national and international works.

- FAD Award for Architecture 2018 and FAD Award for Opinion Architecture 2018

JURY’S DECISION: ”The project proposes a model of social housing with great architectural quality, which uses the resources of its immediate surroundings to propose constructive solutions. These houses, promoted by the Balearic Public Administration, represent an example of good architectural practice that incorporates criteria of sustainability with the objective of improving the habitability of spaces and the life of its inhabitants “. 

- AVS Honorable mention award 2018

Honorable mention award for best construction in new building, granted by the Asociación Española de Gestores Públicos de Vivienda y Suelo.

- XI NAN Awards 2017

NAN Architecture and Construction prize by the TPI Group and NAN Arquitectura y Construcción, for the best residential construction project.

- Green Solutions Awards 2017

National winner in the ‘Low Carbon’ category, awarded by Construction21, led by UNESCO Chair of Life Cycle and Climate Change ESCI-UPF.

- BaM! Biobuilding Contest! 

Winner of the Category 1 Opinion Prize “Urban actions or collective housing: new economies and territorial relationships”.

- European grant LIFE+ 2012 Life Reusing Posidonia

The Life Reusing Posidonia project promoted by IBAVI1 in collaboration with the Balearic General Directorate of Energy and Climate Change at the CAIB has received a European grant of € 754,012 from the LIFE + 12 program in the Environmental Governance category for Climate Change Adaptation Projects.
